As a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Paid Search and Social strategies to deliver high-impact results.
This challenging role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies that meet marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Support and mentor junior team members to ensure high-performance and growth.
- Work closely with SEO teams to align advertising efforts with marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads; 2+ years in managerial roles.
- Strong expertise in planning and executing Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, marketing, tracking, and business development.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, P-Max, conversion tracking, and CTR.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Onsite work mode.
- Monday to Friday working days.
- 5pm-2am working hours.
