Position Overview:We're hiring aBusiness Development Managerto drive growth for our agency by identifying and converting new business opportunities both locally and internationally. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven knack for lead generation, networking, and strategic sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and close new business leads in Pakistan and key international markets (USA, UK, UAE, etc.)
- Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, email marketing, Upwork, and other B2B platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the creative, digital, and technical teams to craft tailored service pitches
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records, create proposals, and provide timely reporting on sales pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in advertising, digital media, or tech
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising services, and tech solutions
- Exceptional lead generation skills using LinkedIn, Meta platforms, Google, Upwork, and cold email campaigns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated
