Job Title: Senior Project Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Supervisor to join our organization in Faisalabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise project team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Train and mentor project team members to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop project strategies and goals
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
  • Communicate effectively with project team members and management
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
