As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process from quotation to delivery. Your role will involve ensuring that all clients receive their orders on time and in good condition.

Job Description
  1. Sourcing and Procurement:
    • You will source high-quality products from trusted suppliers at competitive prices.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  2. Inventory Management:
    • You will oversee the storage and distribution of inventory to meet client demands.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure that inventory is rotated regularly.
  3. Order Fulfillment:
    • You will coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are packed and shipped efficiently.
    • Verify order accuracy and ensure that all items are included.
  4. Quality Control:
    • You will inspect incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Address any quality issues promptly and resolve them amicably with suppliers.
  5. Supply Chain Optimization:
    • You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
    • Implement changes to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  6. Communication:
    • You will maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
