We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products on e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and online visibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Track sales data and report performance weekly.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your time efficiently. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential for promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or experienced candidates in sales, especially in e-commerce or retail.
  • Familiarity with online selling platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude.
Compensation:

Earn 40% commission on each product sold. An additional bonus of 1,500 PKR will be received if 7 products are sold in a month.

  • Sales & Marketing: Strong understanding of online sales strategies, customer acquisition, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional support.
  • Social Media Management: Managing and promoting products on social media platforms.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cosmetics, jewelry, and home products.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
