- Client Operations Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Client Operations team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, administration, or client coordination and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel.
This role involves setting up pilot programs, tracking shipments, maintaining client data, and compiling performance insights.
The successful candidate will be able to summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement and prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
The role also requires effective communication with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
In addition, the candidate will help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
The team is responsible for preparing and organizing shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team is also a key responsibility.
The candidate will also maintain accurate client and deal data in CRMs such as Pipedrive and Custify.
They will keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
Conducting small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives is also a key aspect of this role.
