We are a forward-thinking short-term rental business seeking an expert Revenue Manager who can drive data-driven revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of revenue management tools and strong analytical skills to outperform the market.

The Revenue Manager will analyze performance data, review market trends, and implement smart pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR). This role requires expertise in dynamic pricing, competitor analysis, and leveraging tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic pricing plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and industry insights to identify revenue opportunities and optimize pricing.
  • Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.
  • Proficiency with tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty (or similar STR management platforms).
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.

This is a full-time remote position with bi-weekly payroll and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
