We're seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our short-term rental business.
This role requires the ability to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize revenue and optimize occupancy.
You will be responsible for monitoring competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time. A strong analytical skillset is required, with proficiency in tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty.
You will track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance, providing actionable insights to leadership. Collaborating with operations and guest experience teams is essential to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.
- Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
- Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.
- Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance.
- Stay up to date on market conditions, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends in short-term rentals.
- 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management (Airbnb, Vrbo, or boutique hospitality).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.
- Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty (or similar STR management platforms).
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving.
