Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and investigate customer complaints thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the complaint process.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document all interactions and outcomes.
  • Ensure complete information capture and accurate paperwork.
  • Investigate complaints comprehensively and objectively.
  • Prepare clear, informed responses to customers via various channels.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service or quality/complaints function.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote team working.

Work Details:

  • Work from office environment.
  • Shift time: 10am-7pm.
