Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and increase sales by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals and objectives.
  3. Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

  5. Foster strong relationships with customers and dealers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
