Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven HR professional to partner with our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans, driving business outcomes, and promoting a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Design and implement programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity

Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development

Develop and manage budgets for HR-related projects and initiatives

Consult with department heads on performance management, rewards, and recognition

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices in HR

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and growth


Job Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, with a proven track record of delivering results

Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to analyze complex data and drive insights-driven decision making

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on business outcomes

Proficiency in advanced HR management systems and analytics tools
