Job Title: Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the effective management of welfare activities, encompassing infrastructure development, healthcare services, and provision of sustenance to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivates an environment conducive to the efficient delivery of medical services.
  • Serves as a liaison between the governing board, medical staff, and hospital departments.
  • Interprets public policy, economic trends, and community sentiment to inform organizational objectives.
  • Acts as the primary representative to external parties, including examiners, reimbursers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Fosters collaboration between the hospital and the community through effective communication and public relations programs.
  • Encourages professional growth and development among staff members.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate degree
  • Preference will be given to retired military personnel (Colonel level or above).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate large volumes of content.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
