Software Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to contribute to a software development project in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current processes, identify improvements, and propose solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Functional Specifications: Create functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, defining acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
  • System Design and Validation: Translate requirements into technical specifications and validate system design.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Assist in test planning, create test scenarios, and participate in testing activities to ensure requirements are met.
  • Change Management: Assess impacts of changes, develop plans, and support implementation for smooth transitions.
Documentation and Training

Prepare user manuals, training materials, and system documentation. Conduct training sessions and provide user support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
  • Experience creating specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes.
