About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience is required
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
