Job Summary:

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for project sales and provide recommendations for strategic growth.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  5. Presentation and reporting skills are essential for preparing sales reports and presentations for upper management.
  6. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity, focusing on end-to-end sales processes and presentation techniques.
  7. Represent Oxbridge Digital at industry events and networking opportunities to promote projects and establish partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
