Key Production Role for Chemical Engineers

We are seeking a dedicated production professional to join our team in a key role, utilizing their expertise in process management and equipment operation.


Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Achieve shift-wise production targets regarding both quality and quantity, ensuring product losses are controlled. The incumbent will write shift-wise production reports and mark attendance of the workers.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate with Shift Chemists to identify in-process non-conformances and ensure that different grades of the product are kept separately. Ensure weighing scales are in perfect working order.
  • Maintenance: Check performance of process equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Liaise with Shift Engineers of other divisions for shutdowns and plant operations during load shedding.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure deliverables related to operating procedures, continuous improvement, and innovation are met. Continuously improve processes using logical and analytical approaches.
  • Safety: Ensure safety of product, process equipment, and workers during shifts. Use PPEs at all locations and perform technical works with due work permits. Deliver trainings on EHS and production processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, preferably with 1+ years of experience.
  • Manufacturing literacy and knowledge of instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation.
