Commercial Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to assist with facility maintenance, tenant relations, and project management. This is a part-time to full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing daily building operations, managing vendor relations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in property management software, understanding of financial reports, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair Oversight: Assist with ensuring facilities are well-maintained and repair issues are addressed promptly.
  • Tenant Relations: Manage communication and collection efforts with tenants to ensure positive relationships.
  • Project Management: Oversee various projects, including construction, renovation, and repairs.
  • Record-Keeping and Inspections: Maintain accurate records and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Vendor Relations and Compliance: Review vendor performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and address any issues that arise.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on property status to stakeholders.
  • Move-Ins and Move-Outs: Coordinate logistics for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Qualifications
  • Accurate Record-Keeping Skills: Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Software: Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Yardi or MRI.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial reports and CAM reconciliation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Reliable Transportation: Willingness to visit properties across the Tampa Bay area.
  • Vendor Relations: Experience working with vendors and contractors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Collections Experience: At least one year of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Building Mechanical or Construction Trades: Two years of experience in building mechanical or construction trades.
  • Commercial Insurance: Two years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Building and Zoning Codes: Two years of experience working with building and zoning codes.
Compensation and Benefits

$25 - $30 hourly compensation package.
