Bureau Veritas Switzerland AG is a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), delivering high-quality services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a Heavy Lifting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

As a Heavy Lifting Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing heavy lifting operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our personnel and assets. Your expertise in lifting equipment inspection, maintenance, and certification will play a critical role in meeting client expectations and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 8-10 years of experience in the same field. Professional qualifications such as LEEA II and NDT level II (MT and DPT) are also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing heavy lifting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Inspecting and certifying lifting equipment to ensure conformity with reference standards and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
