
City Growth Manager

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3-5 years of sales experience in the mobile handset industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans to ensure profit growth and expansion of the business.
- Regional Coverage: Develop and modify regional coverage plans in consultation with the Business Unit Head to ensure high-quality service and adequate coverage by the sales force.
- Sales Performance Review: Review previous periods' sales performance of various markets in the region.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics and business trends, particularly referring to various products being distributed by the company.
- Sales Force Guidance: Review market visit schedules of the sales force and suggest necessary guidelines.
- Periodic Sales Meetings: Conduct periodic sales meetings to assess the adequacy of sales plans and other operational issues with sales officers.
- Marketplace Visit: Visit the marketplace to determine the work ethics of the sales force and check service standards, product availability, market development, etc. on a regular basis.
- Credit Policy Implementation: Guide the sales force on replacement-related matters and credit policy, ensuring effective implementation.
- Market Intelligence: Research, analyze, and compile market intelligence in areas such as promotional activities, prices, coverage, credits, new launches, etc. of the company as well as competition and evaluate the impact of such actions on business results.
- Order Delivery and Payment Recovery: Review and ensure coordination of order delivery to the marketplace through the sales force and ensure collection/recovery of payments as per SOPs.

- Service Quality Standards: Coach and counsel the sales force on the company's service quality standards, ensuring effective implementation at all times.
