As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts through proactive lead identification and engagement.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to help us identify and reach out to potential clients on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings and ensuring consistent follow-ups with leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Identification and Engagement: Proactively identify and engage potential leads on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Initial Outreach: Conduct initial outreach messages to spark conversations and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Follow-up Process: Maintain a structured follow-up process to keep leads warm and engaged.
- Crm Update: Update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly with interaction history and lead status.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with senior sales members to ensure seamless hand-off for closing.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Social Media Understanding: Strong understanding of social media platforms and outreach strategies.
- Organization: Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Crm Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
