Job DescriptionThe Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, providing timely support, and managing accounts on a day-to-day basis in a full-time on-site role at Selecta Sol in Lahore. This position requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution
- Provide timely and effective customer support via various communication channels
- Manage customer accounts, including billing, payment, and contract management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and retention results
- Excellent analytical skills and customer support experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
