Job Description

The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, providing timely support, and managing accounts on a day-to-day basis in a full-time on-site role at Selecta Sol in Lahore. This position requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via various communication channels
  • Manage customer accounts, including billing, payment, and contract management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and retention results
  2. Excellent analytical skills and customer support experience
  3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  4. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
