Job Title: AI Solutions Leader


We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) and a proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products.


As the AI Solutions Leader, you will be responsible for defining and leading the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions. You will align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.
  • Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on GenAI trends and emerging use cases.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of GenAI features.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Ensure that GenAI solutions offer intuitive, efficient, and responsible user experiences.
  • Track product KPIs, user behavior, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
  • 8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.).
  • Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and client-facing environment.
