Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment.

  • Maintain a centralized repository of HR documents, ensuring they are readily accessible and easily searchable by employees and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes, including flowcharts that support operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law, applying this knowledge to enhance organizational compliance and risk management.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including insurance and personnel transactions, ensuring seamless interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain records of employee benefits, statistics, and other relevant data, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports for government compliance, leveraging data analytics to inform organizational strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Help maintain and update the Employee Handbook, ensuring it remains a comprehensive resource for employees and management alike.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply, as we prioritize developing talent and fostering growth within our organization.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to create and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with a proven track record of effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work if needed.
