Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and be able to provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate attendance records to ensure employee punctuality.
- Handle the final settlement of employees, including compensation and benefits.
- Communicate and explain HR policies to employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records, including those related to compensation, health insurance, and employee data.
- Provide training and development opportunities for new or existing employees.
- Process timely salary, bonus, and leave encashment distributions.
- Resolve employee grievances and queries in a fair and efficient manner.
- Engage with employees to understand motivation levels and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (16 years of education).
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
