Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and be able to provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate attendance records to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Handle the final settlement of employees, including compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate and explain HR policies to employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive HR records, including those related to compensation, health insurance, and employee data.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for new or existing employees.
  • Process timely salary, bonus, and leave encashment distributions.
  • Resolve employee grievances and queries in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Engage with employees to understand motivation levels and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (16 years of education).
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
