Cybersecurity Director

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and at least 10 years of experience in a reputable organization.
The selected individual will be responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving critical security functions. They will develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the SOC in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage critical security functions to ensure the overall security posture of the organization.
- Develop and execute incident response plans to mitigate security incidents promptly.
- Supervise SOC analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms to streamline security operations processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Cyber Security or equivalent.
- Masters in Cyber Security or Information Security preferred.
- Certification in CISM preferred.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, including experience with SOAR, CTI, digital forensic lab management, and SIEM system.
- The contract period will be 5 years, extendable if required.
