Job Title

Ambitious and Strategic HR Leader Wanted.

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Director to join our team in Pakistan.

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence, and leave issues, as well as employee relations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for staff performance evaluations and talent development.
  • Manage day-to-day human resource concerns, ensuring that organisational policies are consistently and fairly applied.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures related to employees, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Design, administer, and manage programmes that foster a culture of recognition and reward for exceptional behaviour and performance.
  • Conduct and manage employee surveys to identify areas for improvement and take steps to enhance the work environment.
  • Investigate disciplinary and grievance matters, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise people and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth company, leveraging expertise in business and people management.
  • Rapidly resolve employee concerns through diplomacy and tact.
  • Maintain over ten years of experience in onboarding, motivation, retention, training, and employee well-being.
  • Leverage extensive experience managing a 200-person multicultural and multi-level human resources department, driving growth and optimising employee performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of both Urdu and English.
  • Drive change management and employee engagement through strategic leadership.
  • Exhibit strong people management, stakeholder relations, and client management skills, with emotional balance, confidence, and an outgoing personality.
  • Demonstrate superb interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, along with influencing and conflict management abilities.
