Job Title: Strategic People PartnerAs a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business goals by addressing workforce challenges, enabling transformation, and driving key initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across your assigned division, ensuring that all people-related decisions and interventions reflect our values, culture, and strategic direction.You will be responsible for acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders, identifying people-related opportunities and risks, and shaping solutions in collaboration with HR teams and Centers of Expertise. You will drive execution of core HR frameworks; Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation Reviews, Headcount Planning, and Employee Engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.You will use data and workforce analytics to deliver proactive insights and support strategic workforce planning that contributes to business outcomes. You will champion a high-performance, values-driven culture by embedding effective change management and employee engagement practices.You will lead resolution of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will collaborate with CoEs to co-design scalable, business-aligned HR interventions tailored to functional needs.You will influence senior stakeholders by offering business-relevant HR advice and challenging the status quo to support transformation agendas. You will contribute to organization effectiveness and leadership capability by identifying talent needs, succession risks, and development gaps.Requirements:We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a Business Partnering capacity. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate them into people strategies.The successful candidate should possess exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across senior levels. They should have a data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and HRMS platforms.The ideal candidate should be a solutions-oriented thinker who brings creativity and innovation to complex business problems.
