\Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as an Executive for Procurement and Accounts Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing data, maintaining accurate and reliable reporting, and ensuring the timely completion of posting in ERP with respect to payables.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Manage purchase requisition and workflow creation.\
- Matching purchase orders, processing invoices, and performing payment runs.\
- Chase up old purchase orders and goods receipting.\
- Update and maintain vendor database.\
- Respond to vendor queries.\
- Assist in reconciling vendors' outstanding balances with company ledgers on a monthly basis.\
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in current procure-to-pay processes to increase efficiency.\
- Ensure completion of unrecorded purchases in software.\
- Negotiate with vendors.\
- Verify cheque requisitions against purchases and ensure payments.\
- Adjust advances against procurement against purchase invoices.\
- Ensure accurate and on-time completion of posting in ERP with respect to payables.\
- Assist accounts team during external audits and provide required reports and data.\
- Prepare accounts payable reports for management accounts on a monthly basis or as required.\
- Manage day-to-day petty expenses.\
- Record cash transactions in ERP and reconcile with manual books on a daily basis.\
- Responsible for managing all procurement.\
- Data entry of filling & formulation data in ERP on a regular basis.\
- Perform any other task assigned by Head of Department.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\
- Ability to work as part of a broader team.\
- Display a positive 'can-do' attitude.\
- Value diversity and promote inclusion.
