Senior Expert CVM & Contextual Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Expert CVM & Contextual Marketing professional to lead advanced campaign design, channel integration, and platform orchestration.

This is an opportunity for you to act as both an operator and consultant - driving lifecycle engagement across CMS while shaping strategies for external partners and collaborative growth projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with tools like EVAM, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a strong understanding of backend campaign setup, data layers, APIs, event tracking, audience design.

You will be responsible for managing growth KPIs across assigned segments or business partners, overseeing CMS workflows, API integrations, and multi-channel trigger systems.

As a solutions lead or advisor, you will work closely with strategic partners (fintechs, telcos, startups) to design and implement CVM programs as a service.

In addition, you will collaborate with data science and analytics teams to bring machine learning and predictive targeting into practice.

A passionate problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder SBU environment, you will be looking to build a regional reputation for innovation in contextual marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Analytics; Master's preferred. 5-7+ years of experience in CVM, lifecycle marketing, consulting, or digital growth ops is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead advanced campaign design, channel integration, and platform orchestration
  • Manage growth KPIs across assigned segments or business partners
  • Oversee CMS workflows, API integrations, and multi-channel trigger systems
  • Work closely with strategic partners to design and implement CVM programs as a service
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to bring machine learning and predictive targeting into practice

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Analytics; Master's preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in CVM, lifecycle marketing, consulting, or digital growth ops
  • Deep experience with tools like EVAM, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of backend campaign setup, data layers, APIs, event tracking, audience design
