As the Claims Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Claims and Customer Success teams at SPERTON - Where Great People Meet. Your expertise in claims management, process optimization, and customer experience will enable you to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to streamline claims processing and reduce turnaround times.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends, reduce risks, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Operations, QA) to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

You will work closely with the QA team to ensure customer feedback is integrated into quality improvement initiatives, leverage data analytics tools to track performance metrics for both CX and Claims functions, and foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
