We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Bidding Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of generating leads and winning projects on freelancing platforms, as well as hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on relevant software development projects, leveraging expertise to identify opportunities.
  • Develop customized and compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing strong communication skills.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and build robust client connections, fostering relationships that drive growth.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients, converting leads into opportunities and driving business forward.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of client projects, guaranteeing satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, optimizing bidding strategy to stay ahead.
  • Effectively manage CRM tools, maintaining clear records of leads, opportunities, and communication.
Requirements:
  • 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in online bidding, with a strong focus on freelancing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn lead generation techniques, driving success through effective strategies.
  • Experience in staff augmentation or IT services sales is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and concise interactions.
  • Able to understand client requirements and align services accordingly, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently, with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Familiarity with other platforms like Freelancer or Fiverr, expanding reach and opportunities.
