Job Title: Senior Software Development Bid Specialist
About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned senior software development bid specialist to help us identify, bid on, and secure business opportunities on freelance platforms. This critical role is instrumental in building our client base, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the software development sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Develop effective outreach strategies using freelance platforms, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools to generate high-quality leads. Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Proposal Development & Content Creation: Craft compelling proposals showcasing expertise in software development. Ensure proposals align with clients' needs and highlight key differentiators.
- Bid Management & Optimization: Monitor bid performance, adjust strategies to improve conversion rates, and analyze past bids to increase win rates.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication with prospective clients through timely responses, follow-ups, and addressing inquiries. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the software development team to provide accurate project estimations, timelines, and detailed technical inputs for client proposals.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the software development domain to tailor bids and proposals.
