Visionary Architect Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and innovative architect to spearhead architectural projects from inception to completion. This includes conceptualization, design development, and construction oversight to deliver sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client requirements.

This role requires collaboration with clients to understand project goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop original building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations
  • Work closely with clients to comprehend project needs and ambitions
  • Apply knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and relevant codes and standards
  • Utilize drawing skills and design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ) to create detailed plans and models
  • Exhibit creativity and possess strong imagination to envision three-dimensional concepts
  • Maintain visual awareness and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle
  • Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an architect
  • Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software
  • Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions
