Product Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding">

About the Role:

The Product Manager for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company's workforce. This individual will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end value delivery across the full product lifecycle.

This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product increments. The Product Manager will be accountable for the product from ideation through to design, build, deploy, operate, and retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and strategy while clearly articulating how the product fits into the ecosystem and maximises value in line with business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers/end users to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product development.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog so that the most valuable customer requirements are delivered first.
  • Oversee the development stages of the product lifecycle (e.g., planning, refinement, review and sprint).
  • Motivate the Product Team to understand customer needs and identify the best solutions for delivering customer value.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the product/software delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience in working with core HR systems – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding experience desirable.
  • Abreast of the latest market trends and how this translates into product opportunities and challenges.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, diverse teams to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing product use cases and determining the associated impact.
