Key Enterprise Security Role

Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical demonstrations, conducting client site visits, managing evaluation processes and proposing tailored IT-based solutions. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen in the field of biometric and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Perform trial installations and testing of various products at our facilities.
  • Visit client sites for pre-installation assessments and requirement analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior decision-makers to propose optimal technology solutions.
  • Provide technical support related to product configuration, installation and cabling.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all company products (hardware, software, complete solutions).
  • Manage and support project planning processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions and technical sales.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.

Requirements:

  • Own means of transportation.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on field-based tasks.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT-related field.
