This role is responsible for managing compensation and benefits across the organisation. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing rewards and benefit policies, monitoring salary structures, and conducting job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement competitive benefit packages compliant with legal requirements.
  2. Negotiate with union representatives on pay and benefits issues.
  3. Manage the payroll system.
  4. Monitor the organisation's salary structure and benefits to balance cost control with attracting and retaining staff.
  5. Research and analyse salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the sector.
  6. Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences within the organisation.
