We are hiring enthusiastic and experienced customer service representatives for our medical equipment campaign. Your primary responsibility will be to contact Medicare-eligible patients, verify their eligibility, and qualify them for necessary medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting Medicare-eligible patients via phone or other communication channels.
  • Verifying patient eligibility for medical equipment.
  • Qualifying patients for medical supplies based on their needs.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with senior citizens to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Utilizing basic computer skills and CRM proficiency to manage patient information.
  • Focusing in a quiet work environment with high-speed internet for remote positions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in call center operations, DME, Medicare, or healthcare campaigns preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills for effective patient interactions.
  • Able to build rapport with senior citizens to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM proficiency for efficient data management.
  • Fluent English (bilingual skills are a plus).
  • Quiet work environment and high-speed internet for remote positions.
