About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Manager to lead our teams and deliver exceptional business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define project scope, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  2. Create progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
  3. Mentor and guide teams, removing obstacles and ensuring accountability.
  4. Manage multiple agile projects, leading teams to achieve goals.
  5. Delegate effectively, leveraging strengths and expertise to drive efficiency.
  6. Develop and enforce well-defined project management processes.
  7. Empower team members to excel in their roles.
  8. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage customer expectations.
  9. Coach and develop team members to enhance project capacity.
The Ideal Candidate

You will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative leader. You have experience working with Agile methodologies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes. Your excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills make you adept at meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.

Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in leading agile teams and driving project success.
  2. Strong understanding of business needs, customer trust, and stakeholder confidence.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  4. Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira/Assembla, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office Tools.
  5. Familiarity with OKR methodology and ability to communicate effectively.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
