Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service via live chat. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to their queries
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Meet daily performance targets and maintain punctuality to guarantee optimal support coverage
  • Document interactions and follow-up requirements accurately as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Intermediate or equivalent qualification
  • Skills: Proficiency in English with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Shift: Night shift, 6 PM to 6 AM
