- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints.
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
- Experience working in a similar role.
