We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and hire top talent through various recruiting channels, showcasing our employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Closely coordinate interviews with Leads and the Head of Department to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings and in-person assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Present job offers to selected candidates and facilitate negotiations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless onboarding for new hires.
  • Communicate effectively with new joiners, handling documentation, and providing contracts and essential materials.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database for interview scheduling and update employee records on HRMS systems.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance our employer branding aligned with business objectives and values.
  • Create engaging content for social media, the company website, job boards, and recruitment materials.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by crafting compelling messaging that reflects our company culture and values.
  • Plan and coordinate employer branding events and activities.
