Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Leader

The role of a Senior Supply Chain Leader is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of an organisation's supply chain function. This leadership position requires an individual with exceptional expertise and experience in formulating and executing integrated supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the organisation's overall business objectives, ensuring optimal procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor negotiations, manage long-term partnerships, and mitigate risks to ensure sustainable and compliant supply networks.
  • ERP Implementation: Drive the implementation and standardisation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-driven supply chain systems, leveraging data analytics to enhance visibility, planning accuracy, and cross-unit coordination.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, contract governance, and logistics efficiency across all business units, including oversight of import/export procedures and liaison with government bodies as necessary.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights on supply chain health, market disruptions, strategic procurement opportunities, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with cost control, profitability, and project delivery timelines.
  • Leadership Development: Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional supply chain leadership team, fostering a performance-driven culture and implementing structured succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role at a conglomerate level.
