  5. Conduct progress meetings with staff, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
  7. Develop a performance-driven team capable of achieving assigned targets.
  8. Create a professional work environment promoting equality and fairness, maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all employees.
  9. Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  10. Regularly review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), perform performance analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Identify training needs and develop staff for next-level roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Must be a graduate, with BBA/MBA preferred.
  2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
