
Technology Sales Director

About this role:
As a senior sales professional, you will work with our largest line of revenue, serving small to medium business customers who make up the majority of our customer base.
We're looking for competitive, driven, strong communicators and people leaders to scale and manage global sales teams. You'll consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets selling technology products and services to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of account executives.
- Set inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets, ensuring consistent execution and accountability.
- Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook and work closely with sales operations to align CRM process and sales management training programs.
- Teach and measure your sales team's key responsibilities, including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers.
- Be proficient in and bring all our offers to bear on sales pursuits, sharing best practice sales and negotiation skills and selling value and benefits.
- 2+ years in sales leadership (plus), preferably in a technology or product company.
- 4+ years in international sales, with a US market preference.
- Graduation with a concentration in marketing or management, business.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales and demonstrated success with transactions and a short sales cycle in a fast-paced competitive market.
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
