Avenza Group is seeking a 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to lead our growth across 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱.
As one of Multan's fastest-growing corporate groups, we are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗝𝗗𝘀):
• Lead sales strategy and business development initiatives across multiple sectors.
• Drive revenue growth with a primary focus on 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
• Identify and build new markets, partnerships, and client pipelines.
• Mentor and manage sales teams to deliver results.
• Expand growth opportunities in 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀.
• Represent the company in high-level corporate and investor engagements.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
Minimum 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in corporate sales & business development.
Strong background in 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 (mandatory).
Exposure to diversified industries (hospitality, education, styling preferred).
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Based in 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 or 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲.
Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and business growth.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆.
