Head of Human Capital and Growth

Responsibilities:

  • Digital HR Tools: Leverage digital HR tools to streamline people processes and foster a data-driven approach.
  • Leadership Coaching: Coach employees on learning and development activities.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster transparent employee engagement processes.
Job Requirements:Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable university and at least 3-4 years of head-level experience in a fast-moving/high growth brand and business.
  • Minimum 9-10 years of work experience with hands-on experience in a similar position (auto industry knowledge is an asset).
  • Strong analytical thinking ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills: able to plan and organize work efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management, and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Effective communication with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to use relevant Human Resources tools.
  • Thrives in a global, high-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-directed individual with a can-do attitude and bias for action.
