Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hiring and Organizational Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for recruiting, staffing, and managing employee relations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively with employees at all levels, and maintain accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select high-quality candidates for various positions
  • Develop and implement effective employee onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Handle employee relations, including conflicts, grievances, and performance management
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gauge job satisfaction
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also possess relevant experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
