Job Opportunity: Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our technical team in delivering high-quality products through robust manufacturing processes. This includes sustainable and repeatable processes that ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, owning core technical business processes, including product lifecycle management, risk assessment, and process verification.
  • Drive change, deliver solutions, develop people, and build relationships across multiple interfaces and matrix environments, requiring effective project management skills, particularly on major technical and/or capital projects.
  • Make data-driven decisions at tactical and strategic levels, leading matrix leadership across technical, engineering, operations, quality, packaging, and logistics teams to support product control strategy.
  • Deliver key process improvement/optimization projects contributing to site metrics: cost of goods, process robustness, cost of poor quality, yield, waste-process, and testing.
  • Develop business growth opportunities through strong links with commercial, franchise strategy, and R&D teams.
