Our organization seeks an operationally strong individual for the role of Social Media & Ads Expert at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should have expertise in planning, creating, and optimizing lead generation and eCommerce sales campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and optimize lead generation and eCommerce sales campaigns.
  • Manage and scale various types of Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max.
  • Optimize Meta Ads for high return on investment (ROI).
  • Set up and track conversion events using Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience research, and competitive analysis to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize results.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in managing ad budgets and optimizing performance across channels.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute social media creative posts, articles, and blogs to increase brand visibility.
  • Experience in writing creative and technical articles and blog posts.
Qualifications:

Graduation in Marketing, IT or any relevant field with 2-5 years in Social Media Content Creation and minimum 1 year solid experience in running Ads (Meta & Google).

Key Skills:
  • Expertise in Meta & Google Ads, including technical setups and tracking.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns and social media strategies.
