About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards and systems within logistics and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating hazards, ensuring compliance with policies, legal requirements, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site-level inspections, audits, training, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing QHSE policies, procedures, and systems aligned with corporate standards.
  • Promote QHSE awareness and training sessions for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training, and compliance data.
  • Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in QHSE roles within logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings.
  • Basic knowledge of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
  • Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and investigations.
